So yesterday, last night, I got a text from a friend that I met on the road with Bernie Sanders,

his deputy campaign manager. And he goes, this was a year ago. And he sent a picture of a crowd.

And it was a picture from Santa Monica, Venice Beach, where Bernie and AOC were speaking. and that would have been December 21st,

2020, sorry, 2019.

And I sat there and I was like, no way.

No way this was a year ago already.

And it just really upset me somewhat that it was a year ago, that a fucking year ago or a year has passed since then.

And I know we're in a pandemic and I know that a lot of stuff hasn't happened this year

that would have happened if we weren't in a pandemic.

But I'm just sitting there like, it's been a whole year already.
