Hello, everybody, and welcome to the first pitch podcast on Pitcher List. And oh my gosh, one day

left of the regular season. I cannot believe it. It is almost over. A lot of teams clenching

their postseason birth yesterday, including my Tigers, super excited

about that.

But let's see how everything else went.

Of course, we are going to start with the news.

Yet another Cardinal might be on the move this offseason.

Well documented, they're heading into a rebuild.

A lot of their veterans might get moved in the off season might be changing locations.

Sunny Gray, Nolan Aranado have already said that they would waive their no trade clause as well.

Wilson Contreras would consider waiving his no trade clause, but he did say he wants to stay

and be a veteran presence for the young guys during the rebuild. We'll see what happens,

but if these guys do move, Sunny Gray, Nolan Aronado, Wilson Contreras, their landing spot

could have an impact for their fantasy outcome. So something to keep in mind, but it looks like

the Cardinals are going to be busy this offseason.

Trey Turner, who's been out since September 7th, is going to be activated today for the last game of the regular season.

This will get him a game under his belt before the playoffs start.

Obviously, the Phillies are excited to have him back in their lineup. The Astros, things

are going from bad to worse over there. Jake Myers has been placed on the I.L. with a calf

injury. They've DFAed Nick Hernandez. Those roster spots are going to Bryce Matthews and the
