We have just a handful of games to talk about today.

But nonetheless, still baseball.

Got to love it.

Let's jump right in starting of course with the news uh in

atlanta they have taken a lot of hits to their pitching staff both rotation and bullpen

and well it seems like those hits are going to last through the rest of the year at least some of

them joe himenez was shut down last week with a knee thing,

and that knee issue is going to keep him out for the rest of the season.

So there's a bullpen piece down.

Also, Rinaldo Lopez and Spencer Schwellenbach have been out for a while from that rotation,

and it's seeming more and more likely, according to the team,

that neither is going to be returning this season. from that rotation, and it's seeming more and more likely, according to the team,

So already down AJ Smith-Shawber.

You're not going to get Renalo Lopez or Spencer Schwellenbach back, most likely this season,

and you're down Joe Jimenez.

The only pitcher who's been out that may see time before the end of the season is Chris Sale, and I don't even think that one is 100% at this point.

So Atlanta's pitching staff taking some hits this year and likely through the rest of the season.
