The Angels have designated Hector Narris for assignment to recall Rite Jose Fermine.

So just a small little shakeup in their bullpen there.

Orioles Zach Eflin exited his start after one inning.

He gave up four runs in that inning with lower back tightness.

They said that he felt it pregame, tried to pitch through it it and even wanted to go out for the second inning.

So keep that in mind he was not able to.

But there's some uncertainty over whether it's going to be an extended absence or not.

But he did exit the game with lower back tightness.

So time will tell.

I'm sure they're going to run some tests and more information will be made available.

But Zach Eflin could miss at least one start. We'll have to see what happens.

Speaking of the Orioles GM, Mike Elias, says the hopes Samuel Basalo debuts this year.
