Let's dive into everything baseball related from Sunday, June 15th. We'll start it off as always with the transactions, injuries, news and notes from around

the league kicking things off with the bad news.

A starting pitcher Tyler Molly was placed on the 15-day IEL with shoulder soreness.

It's likely going to be a minimum stint for Molly who was almost able to make his scheduled start

here over the weekend.

But he did deal with a shoulder injury late

last year. So there is that little bit of concern with Molly. So maybe it could be longer than

the 15 days. I expect it to be a minimum stint for Tyler Molly, who's had a really good season.

In a corresponding move, starting pitcher Kumar Rocker was recalled from the minors to start

versus the White Sox on Sunday.

He tossed five shutout innings, allowing four hits and one walk while striking out six,

inducing eight whiffs of 28% CSW across 82 pitches.

And Rocker has looked much better recently since being demoted last month.

So I have a little more faith in Rocker.

There was a little part of me that was starting to become

concerned that all the hype that Rocker had as a collegiate pitcher was sort of unwarranted and

was just a product of the league that he was pitching in. But here we see Rocker finally finding

some success at the major league level so we can have some hope that maybe he will be able to
