rest of you to see my name today after we talk after we tell you about presidential election

because they continue to do work behind the scenes to try to get reform to the

electoral count act and that is the act that outlines the role of the vice president

in election in the election process which by the way is supposed to be very

ceremonial and so the way that the law is written now is so convoluted and

confusing that it allowed and actually contributed to all the confusion that

happened around the last presidential election where you know now we have Trump and

Pence on totally opposite sides of this issue because they cannot agree on the

wording and the verbiage in this very electoral count act that's why we had all

the hullabaloo that's why they're like probably never going to talk again right

and so now the big fear is if it's this convoluted what might Kamala do to

ensure her potential victory in 2024 right she could easily say something like

she could say well I'm not going to count the votes from Georgia and Florida

because this pressed the vote there like she could literally make up something

like that and be able to point to the vagueness of this of this act to support

that that idea so it's just it needs reform that's what presidential election
