As you know, sometimes the weekends, we do interviews, we do deep dives,

and then sometimes we do compilations built around a specific theme.

Time is the thing that parents have the least of.

I spent the last week or two weeks with the family here on vacation, first in Florida,

then in Hawaii, built around some work, some relaxation.

But it's funny, when we were booking the trip, it felt like we're only going to get like 10 days.

And that seemed both very short and very long.

And then when we got here, it felt very short, but also very long.

It struck us like, oh, man, we've already been here a week. And then it also

struck us, oh, we've only been here a week. And it's sort of like the pandemic, right? The pandemic

sped up time and slowed down time. It made us lose all our sense of time, which is a good and

a bad thing. And it's actually the theme of today's episode.

Because time is the most important, most precious thing to parents. How much time do we actually

get with our kids? And also we have so much time to fill with our kids. I can't believe

I can't believe it's X many hours left to bedtime or I can't believe oh they got up this early

or the drive is this long. It took us 11 hours on our drive. Look, time is the thing that we have to

figure out how to manage as parents and seize as parents. And that's the theme of today's episode. And that is actually my
