Hey everybody, we got a great one today and usually I'd say for a change.

But this one's Dahlia Lithwick and hers are always great.

If you're a regular listener to the Al Franken podcast, you've no doubt heard Dahlia a

number of times before Dahlia is my go-to on the Supreme Court.

She writes about the court for slate and she's brilliant and very funny and we like each

other.

Usually, I have Dahlia on if there's something big happening at the court, like a nomination

or every year at the end of the Supreme Court term, Dahlia will review all the decisions

made by the court, which was very, very ugly this year.

But this one is unique in two ways.
