Rounds for Time. Rounds for Time is where you can pick any exercise and any

rep scheme. You do a certain number of rounds as fast as you can and keep track of the exact time.

You can return to this one and try to beat your time in the future.

Here's a classic cross-fit example where the reps stay exactly the same.

This one's called Helen. Three rounds for time. You run 400 meters, then you do 21 kettle bell swings and 12 pull-ups. You'll do that three times and record the time.

Keep these simple and feel free to make up your own with this same format using rep schemes and

Here's an extreme example of how this format might look.

You run 400 meters, you do 10 burpees, one muscle up, and you complete 60 rounds.

So you can see that you can do it very simply or you can add to it and increase the intensity.
