I am Brian.

It is wonderful to be here with you today. I'm feeling chipper. That's a much needed

to rest. I hope you have done the same. I know that's not the case for

everybody across the board. We're all over the map.

Some of us are going through that really hard things. Some of us are doing really well.

And it's like a wave and we just ride it. It is the gift of life. And I'm really

grateful that some of that gift of life is spent here together as we move

through life as we move through the Bible so I'm glad we can be together. We are reading from the book of Isaiah right now as we navigate through the Old Testament.

Isaiah is one of the major prophets in the Bible, one of the longest books in the Bible.

Isaiah is obviously a prophet of God, and what we're reading are the oracles or declarations, the sayings, the utterances of Isaiah

as inspired by God to be delivered to the people on behalf of God.

And we read these things because they're the words of God.

And even though they're very ancient and for specific purposes.

But we're far enough into the Bible to know that we can read it,

but it's gonna read us.

And one way or another if we open our hearts. So let's dive in Isaiah chapter 25

verse 1 through 28 verse 13 today.

Lord, you are my God. I will exult you are my God.
