Today is the 13th day of September.

Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. I am Brian.

It's fantastic to be here with you today.

I'm glad that we can move forward together and that there's a place to come.

Like this anchor, this safe place in life. It makes us how it feels for me and I am so appreciative that we can be together today as we take the next step forward.

We're moving through the Book of Isaiah at this point in the new testament we're going to

conclude Paul's second letter to the Corinthians and so we will obviously do that

when we get there. But first, today, Isaiah, chapters 12, 13, and 14. In that day you will say I will praise you Lord. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me.

Surely God is my salvation.

I will trust and not be afraid.

The Lord, the Lord himself is my strength and my defense.

He has become my salvation.

With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.

In that day you will say,

Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name, make known among the nations what he has done, and

proclaim that his name is exalted.

Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things.

Let this be known to all the world.

Shout aloud and sing for joy people of Zion.

For great is the holy one of Israel among you.

A prophecy against Babylon that Isaiah, son of Amaz, saw.
