David Richman is an endurance athlete, author, philanthropist, and so much more. His second book, Cycle of Lives, talks about the interconnected stories of people overcoming the most difficult obstacles we deal with, specifically diseases known under the umbrella term of cancer. In his book, he tackles how people deal with and talk about grief, trauma, and death and why it’s important to understand and connect on a deeper level. David also shares the role of distance endurance athletics in helping him contemplate life and dig deeper into his emotions. or somebody could look at something and have joy because it's an opportunity, right?
