I'm so happy to be talking to you in the fandom of the podcast for some time ourselves.

Yeah, thanks for having us. It'll be fun. Yeah, I'm excited. I want to dive in and I want to learn about your

backgrounds. Maybe Gloria you could get a start as to tell us a little bit about what you guys were doing before you started, you know,

chemist's confessions and just what led up to the creation of not only your media outlet, but your brand and everything.

Yeah, so I think in college I studied chemical engineering. It's been so long I just

stumble thinking about it. And at the time I was kind of a lost college kid didn't know what I

wanted to do and you know it felt like my education was leading up to the fields that I

honestly wasn't super interested in so when an internship in the beauty

industry fell in my lap I took it and that's kind of how I got started.

And at that time, and after the internship that transitioned into a full-time gig

at L'Oreal in the skincare lab, and that was such a dream job at the time while you are able to apply everything

you learned in school in a fast-paced environment, you get to see your work on shelves within
