So yesterday, I've been telling you this morning about this terrific Barrett Media Conference event, which of course I partook in yesterday.

You've heard me and Nome talk about it already today. A very fine panel. They called it the

Titans of Talk. It was Eric Erickson, as we mentioned, and Mike Gallagher and our good friend

Mark Simone and me. It was a good time. You know, my beautiful wife, Danielle

came and Lisa G., Justin Ehrlich and Nolm. They were all there. But I had like a six-hour break

in between the end of my radio show yesterday and the conference, which started at 4.15 p.m.

yesterday afternoon. So my wife's friend and my friend Paige Richmond, we love Paige,

she lives on the Upper East Side. And her boyfriend, Orrin, is out of town. He's in Michigan.

So Paige said, hey, come on over here, get some lunch, take a nap if you want to. And this way,

I'm only 14 blocks away from the conference because I couldn't go all the way back to Queens. So I go to Pager's apartment and had a nice bagel. Thank you very much at Tompkins Bagels. And I'm laying there taking a nap watching the Mets. The Mets had an afternoon game against the Tigers yesterday. And all of a sudden, my phone starts to blow up. I mean blow up. And who do I see?

Dana Rubinstein, New York Times. Who do I see? Chris Somerfeld, Daily News. So I know when those two

people call me, I like them both very much, when those two people call me, I know there's Mayor Eric

Adams News. And there was something

that Curtis had talked about with me earlier yesterday morning, which is this possibility, if not
