Summary

Jim and Greg offer up three martinis and their tongue-in-cheek analysis of a Christmas tradition their wives greatly enjoy. First, the welcome the news that CNN has suspended Chris Cuomo but wonder if he will end up getting much more than a slap on the wrist. They're also encouraged by the oral arguments on the Mississippi abortion case at the Supreme Court and hammer Justice Sotomayor for her weak argument about when life begins. They're less than impressed with the Pennsylvania GOP Senate bid of Dr. Oz. And as December begins, they have plenty to say about the Hallmark Christmas movies that so many women love to watch and so many men have to endure.

0:57.1	revelations that Chris Cuomo had a much more direct, much more significant role in
1:01.8	his brother's damage control operations and the question was how much longer he could
1:05.8	survive at CNN.
1:07.3	Well yesterday CNN after letting Chris Cuomo on the air Monday night hours after that
1:12.8	story first broke, decided they needed more time to review all the new documents that
1:18.0	were part of the the state's official report on all the Cuomo scandals and they've decided
1:23.6	to indefinitely suspend Chris Cuomo which sounds a lot to some people like yeah, I don't
1:29.7	think the suspensions ever going to end this will ultimately result in Chris Cuomo no longer
1:33.7	having a show at the network.
