Let's talk about leads, right?

We're going to start off super basic, right?

So in real estate specifically, realtors, wholesalers, house flippers, all these people, right?

They typically get leads, a lot of them the old school way, where they're like, when you first

get your real sale license, they're like, you first get your real estate license they're like all right go door knock like and that's just cold doors

handing him a flyer in 2024 that's still happening right

or they go out and they just do cold calling where they get a list of people,

call them, say, hey, do you want to sell your house? Yay or nay, and that's how they get leads, right? But I think a lot of people that have money should look into like

Facebook ads. Yeah, right? Because you could spend money, get leads that come to you and then you

just have to work them instead of like going out and doing its manual labor.

So if someone wants to start Facebook ads, like how does that process look like?

beliefs about ads before you even start hitting the button, which is if you wake up
