I'm loving the process of trust, of learning to cultivate patients, so that I can show

up as my best self no matter what life throws my way.

I'm becoming more calm and collected with every circumstance that tests my patients.

I'm treating every test, every annoyance, every stressor as an opportunity to practice

and to master the skill of patients.

I'm put together positive and respected when I keep my cool.

I know that many things are challenging before they become easy, so I stay patient.

I keep my resolve.

Everything unfolds and works out exactly as it's meant to.

My patients is growing more and more every day, and I'm truly becoming a patient person,
