blackouts, the food shortages, and other desperation

moves by the Castro regime inherited by new men and new names, Diaz Canal as the boss, but in any event the protest is meant to be a way of showing

that this is not acceptable.

In the course of that protest, however, catastrophe.

I welcome Thaddeus to tell the story of a young woman

and I'm presuming she was dealing with a cell phone.

I'm not quite sure how she was making a video.

In the course of making a video, she witnessed a crime.

That is good evening to you.

What was the crime?

What she was doing was she was filming the peaceful protests. They were marching

against the rolling blackouts and or be continuing economic failures of the Cuban regime.

At that point in time, what happened was the police began to engage the protesters.

Some of the mobs were sent by the regime,

civilians, acting on behalf of the regime

to attack protesters.

And May Lynn actually took video of the police beating fathers and young children and later put that video out to the world.

For that, the regime believed that she was engaging in sedition.

She was undermining the regime.

And so what happened was 22-year-old mother
