I am so excited to have you when I was really kind of mapping out what our spring was going to look like

and what we were going to be talking about on the show because we have a Patreon account with Cultivating the Lovely.

And our whole focus this year has really been on self-care and just really, you know,

taking care of ourselves on a variety of different levels. And I got your

power sheets for the very first time last fall. And they have made such a difference, which we are

going to get into throughout, you know, this episode. But to get us started for people who don't know

who you are, would you like to introduce yourself? Absolutely. It would be my pleasure. I'm,
