What's up everybody? Welcome to another live edition of Talkenly Fitness is hanging out here in the hotel bar at the Sheraton

across the street from the Alliance Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. Day three is in the books, and that escalated quickly.

We got to, the men's side, they look like Roman Krennikov, which is going to run away with this thing.

And Jeff Adler has shaved 87 points off of his lead over three tests.

And now we actually have a race for the top of the podium.

All three spots are up for grabs.

After the 5K this morning, Roman was almost 100 points ahead of Jeff.

That's what's crazy.

It happened in two events.

Yeah.

You know, like we even did a segment on ESPN talking about like, because we thought the

5K might wreck the leaderboard.

Just you just never know.

Because you saw it cause some damage on the teams and age groups and stuff.

And so we got to it and I was like, well, didn't

really do much. The top six, all finished seventh or better. But then, you know, it was just

a setup because things changed quickly on that second test. And then, you know, the lifting

event just added a little bit more fuel to the fire.

And, I mean, this is exciting.

Yeah, and Nevin is absolutely right, giving a shout out to the drone pilots.

Like, last night especially during Helena, the way that they were able to follow the runners in and out.

That was so awesome.
