Hello, once again, critical hit fans, it's Steven Schleiker and oh man, we are sliding

into another weekend of fun with our weird western Pathfinder game.

Before we get into that, though, I want to honestly thank all of you who did take the

time to send me some emails about my cat and his tearing through of every cable imaginable

in the house.

And I'll just say this, our cat, the devil incarnate or at least one of the lesser demons

of hell incarnate tore through another $150 worth of cables this week.

And I know a lot of you have been saying he uses spray, uses other stuff, but Daniel sent

me an email this week that I think kind of sums it up.

Hi Steven, I also have a cat who loves nothing more in life than to devour cords.

We thought or hoped that he would grow out of it, but no such luck.

He's almost seven now and without fail.

If we leave a cord anywhere in the house unintended, he will find it and he will destroy it.

Let's say I've been pretty good putting cords back together, though potentially in ways

of fire marshal or electrician may not approve.

Yes, I know.

All that being said, unfortunately the only solution we found is to create barriers.

We have a room where cords by necessity need to be on that he's never allowed to be

in.

In places like the living room or the bedroom, we make sure the cords run along corners

and behind furniture where cord absolutely has to be in the open.
