Cris Putnam has a testimony that will send shivers down your spine. One day, on the brink of suicide, he heard a voice that clearly said “The cemetery or the seminary.” Fortunately for us, Cris chose the latter. His book, The Supernatural Worldview, covers a myriad of subjects, one more fascinating than the last. Spoon-bending psychokinesis parties? ESP training? Ghosts and demons; heaven and hell; poltergeists and near-death experiences; shocking, verifiable medical miracles—The powers of heaven and the powers of darkness are real! What a fascinating interview!

| 0:00.0 | You may not believe it, but the supernatural is real. |
| 0:04.0 | And author Chris Putnam is here today to talk about it. |
| 0:08.0 | Chris Putnam, welcome to Prophecy Watchers. |
| 0:25.6 | Hey, Gary, it's great to be on the show with you. |
| 0:27.7 | Listen, we've got a lot to talk about today, and it's in my mind particularly appropriate |
| 0:35.3 | given the state of today's society. We're seeing Christians, |
| 0:40.3 | for example, being attacked. We're seeing people of faith being laughed at. But even more |

| 1:08.3 | says that there is a spirit world, that there is power that comes through |
| 1:15.3 | salvation, and that we as Christians have access to that power, and roughly speaking, it's called |
| 1:21.7 | the supernatural. And so the title of your book, The Supernatural World View, |
| 1:28.3 | really speaks to Christians, and I suppose to non-Christians as well, |
| 1:33.3 | about the fact that, no, the supernatural is not only real, |
| 1:38.3 | but it's appropriate to integrate it into society, |
| 1:41.3 | to understand it, to acknowledge it. |
| 1:44.6 | And having said that, let's talk about chapter one. |
| 1:49.4 | You start off in your book talking about the paranormal. |
| 1:54.8 | And chapter one is called paranormal witness to gospel witness. |
| 1:59.4 | Paranormal, you know, television, those late night TV programs, ghost |
| 2:03.6 | hunters, everybody's talking about the paranormal. Within Christendom, we have an entirely |
| 2:10.6 | different view. |
