Shortly after, police get reports of a fire. In a field, police find a body inside a plastic tub, burn beyond recognition.

attempts to lead him away, the dog stays where the body's found the next day, and neighbor

reports the dog is still there. Animal Control scans his microchip, identifying his owner, Mandy

Rose Reynolds. Nancy, that hero dog, Titan, split the case wide open. Once investigators

confirm Mandy's identity with dental records, they run her license plates and find her cars

being driven in Wichita, Kansas. Derek Dagonow, Mandy's cousin, is found behind the wheel

after a futile high-speed chase.

A 380 pistol found in the car matches shell casings found near Mandy's body.
