A woman gets lost in a Missouri neighborhood, pulls into a driveway to get her bearings.

As she pulls in, the homeowner, a convicted felon, Eric Kellen, starts shooting at her.

She ducks down, tries to put the car in reverse, but is struck with shattered glass.

Unable to see, she gets out of the car, tries to run, but trips and falls to the ground,

breaking her knee.

Nancy, as a result of his felon status from a 2012 drug conviction,

Kellen is legally prohibited from owning guns.

It's unknown how Kellen came to be in possession of a weapon.

Neighbors called 911, but when cops arrived, a family member said Kellen had just left the property.

Cops eventually tracked Kellen down, and he admits to the shooting,

claiming he thought the driver was trying to steal his car.

Kellen 36, now facing assault and gun charges.

Jesse Smith spots an unsecured excavator at a construction site,

decides to take it for a joyride.

Of course, he does.

Smith plows through a storage unit with the excavator, taking out several power poles with the bucket,

as he drives down the street.

He ends the joyride at Walmart, where he busts through the exterior wall,

damaging the excavator so severely it won't operate.

Smith 47 charged with grand theft, trespassed property damage, and criminal mischief,

clean up on I-05, more crime and justice news after this.
