Nancy Escobar tells police she had her last drink around 1.30 a.m.

Then went home, slept, and left her house for work at 9.40 a.m.

But experts claim that would mean Escobar had an even higher BAC earlier in the morning of 0.4 to 0.5 a usually lethal level

As to Bill Escobar 25 arrested on multiple DUIs, including vehicular homicide.
