Prime Alert, I'm Nancy Grace, breaking crime news now. Ralph Yarl's mom asked him to pick

up his younger siblings from her friend's house. He makes his up the numbers in the address

and knocks at the wrong door.

Homeowner, Andrew Lester, comes to the door, shoots through the glass, hitting the

honor student Yarl in the head, shooting twice more after the teen boy falls to the ground.

Crime Online's John Lemley Nancy Lester told police that he was in bed when the doorbell

rang, so he answered the door with a 32-calibre revolver. Lester said Yarl was pulling on his

screen door and assumed he was a burglar, so he shot him out of fear. At the hospital,

Yarl told police he was just waiting on the front stoop when he was met with gunfire.

As Yarl ran away, he heard Lester yell, don't come around here.

Yarl released from the hospital now recovering Lester 84, charged with aggravated assault

and felony gun use.

Jade Alvarez gets arrived from a friend to boyfriend at a bird's house. That's the

last time Jade is seen alive. That night, Bird asks Alvarez to have a baby with him. Alvarez

refuses. Bird gets angry and shoots his lover. Alvarez dead.

Alvarez's friend became concerned when the mother to a three-year-old son would not

return her phone calls. She told authorities she left Alvarez with Bird. Bird, who had

an outstanding warrant for aggravated robbery, was arrested and questioned, admitting to authorities

he shot and killed Alvarez. Based on Bird's confession authorities identified Alvarez

as a woman they found shot dead several days before the arrest.
