Anthony Serra 26 offers to babysitter friends nine month old baby boy while the parents go to work.

When mommy picks up the baby, the baby's breathing is very labored. The baby seems spaced out and there's

a new bruise inside the baby's right arm. Next morning, the child not breathing at all at the hospital,

doctors suspect abuse Abbeas.

Nancy Serra is a co-worker and good friend of both parents.

He offered to babysit on his day off when they learned they were scheduled for the same shift.

At first, Serra denies any abuse but says he did bounce the child on his knee. Later,

Sierra says he dropped the car seat with the child in it on the front porch steps. He says the car seat landed on its

side and the child appeared to be fine.

Autopsy shows injuries consistent with blunt forced trauma to the head.

Anthony Serra, please guilty to second degree reckless homicide.

Ravi Sixena, 43 scares Walmart customers

as he's wielding a samurai sword, yelling

and threatening to hurt people.

The store is evacuated while a cop searched for the samurai warrior, but he surrenders without

incident.

Police confiscate the sword and a five inch pocket knife.

Sexena now charged with felony harassment, dangerous weapon, and displaying a weapon.
