As an investor, you need to span your portfolio over multiple years.

Probably even more than five years, right?

And I keep telling the people of the blueprint, invest in one deal every quarter, if you can,

and then do that for five years.

And then when deals start to go full cycle, you, you know, you replenish,

you spend full of the money for fun, but then you replenish and you go into more deals.

This allows you to kind of utilize your passive activity losses offset capital gains

and depreciate the caption, but it also kind of creates a little bit of bridge, right?

Over any type of black swan effect.
