Summary
Have you ever come across issues when dealing with contractors in real estate? I think it's one of those things that everyone experiences. Even regular home owners who aren't investors have this horrible interaction of shawty work, sleezy character, or just straight thievery. Well today we set out to guide you on the straight and narrow path to a successful business of properly managing contractors, rehabs, new construction, etc. with Architect & Custom Home Builder Robert Kirchgessner.
Robert has been both an Architect and Custom Home Builder for over two decades, and has a massive array of knowledge when it comes to managing projects. He's designed & constructed buildings from Multifamily Apartments, to 4-Star Beach Resorts, to Commercial Office Buildings, all the way down to small custom homes for clients. His wide array of experience gives him the ability to manage just about any project that gets thrown his way. He even does some higher level structural inspections on larger multifamily buildings, which we talk about on the show. (Be sure to tune in for that.)
We discuss topics like:
- How do you find the right contractors?
- How should I set up the pay structure so I don't get scammed and so they still want to work with me?
- How do I schedule the work to be completed? Is there a certain order it has to be completed in?
- 3 Key Success Tips on managing contractors
- And so much more!
Listen all the way to the end of this one because we've got some pretty exciting news for 2021 for the future of Ferrari Capital! More to come!
