The way we do it is, yes, we're still using other people's money 100%.

We're just not giving them any equity piece, right?

We retain 100% of the LLCs, 100% of the ownership, control, equity, cash flow,

which, again, in the beginning, a lot of people told us,

you're not going to be able to scale if you do it that way.

And being a little stubborn, we were like, well, okay, challenge accepted.

So that's what we do is we use other people's money.

We pay them interest.

They're either a mortgage on the property or on title,

but they don't actually control or hold any of that ownership.
