The problem with most people that teach wholesaling is they teach you how to go get a deal, they

don't teach you how to sell a deal.

So that's where I mainly get most of my deals is people, they lock up deals and they have

no idea how to get rid of them, they lock them up too high, they get them like the contract

doesn't make sense.

I kind of walk them through it.

It's, you know, I do the creative, you know, we look at it creatively, look at it through

all the options because most brand new investors just know how to make a low offer and that's

not the best option always.
