Rob Anderson is the president of BV Capital, a real estate private equity firm based in Dallas, TX. He is also the principal of BV Securities, a wholly owned broker-dealer offering direct investment opportunities to accredited investors and RIAs.
Mr. Anderson has been investing in real estate since 2002 and is passionate about educating investors on the investment and tax benefits of adding private real estate to their portfolios. He sold his portfolio of investment properties and now owns passive investments in multi-family, student housing, industrial, office, and land.
Rob has been securities licensed since 1998 and holds his series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. Rob and his wife Michelle live in Dallas, TX. His oldest daughter is attending Baylor University with the younger two quite busy with dance, gymnastics and softball. He sits on various nonprofit boards and is actively involved in the local community. He is an avid sports fan and loves to combine it with vacation travel and rarely turns down the chance to play on a good golf course.
