Hey, everybody. Welcome back to this week's segment of the no limit minute. And we're talking

about a topic today that I have been asked time and time and time again from investors just

the real estate market over the course of the next six to 12 months. Now we're going to talk

very specifically about the commercial sector because as you guys know, me being a multi-family

syndicator, we are entrenched in the commercial space. That's what I know the most. That's what

I know the best. So we're going to focus really heavily on what I believe is going to happen

with that market. And this isn't necessarily going to be the exact same for the single family

residential. So take if you're a single family investor and you're hearing everything that

I'm saying, take it with a grain of salt, understanding that we're not talking about the economics

and the specifics of single family, although some bleed into, especially the macro economic

factors we're going to talk about today are going to bleed into that. But let's just jump

in right away. So what we're talking about today is the future, right? The future of the

next six to 12 months of the real estate market is now to good time to buy. It's now a good

time to sit and hold. It's now a good time to sell. It's now a good time to try to refile.

Like there's a lot of questions that people have. So going to be a recession in the market.

And if you just look at the definition of a recession, then you know that just the last two

quarters, the GDP being lower each quarter, then we by definition are already in recession.
