Michael brings solid experience with nearly every stage of residential real estate investing: from finding off-market discount properties, planning, and managing renovation, determining the proper exit strategy, refinance or rent, marketing, and listing the properties as a retail agent. In a few short years, he was able to leverage the sales of Fix and Flip properties into a portfolio of smaller multi-family properties and currently owns 8 units.
Prior to real estate, Michael worked as a sales professional in Tel Aviv, Israel for a software company.
