Welcome back to this week's segment of the No Limit Minute for the Creative Capital Podcast.

Today, I wanted to talk about a transition, talk about a transitionary time in your,

ruin your life as a whole, honestly, your entire lifestyle, but primarily your business is what

I'm talking about today. And what I mean by this and the exact transition I'm talking about,

if you're out there and you're a real estate investor, which as most of you are, that's probably

what you're doing. You're some type of real estate investor here and some type of

form or facet at the industry, whether you're an agent, investor, the syndicator, flipper,

wholesale, or whatever the case is, you probably started out working in corporate America.

You probably had a full-time day job. You could have been doing anything. For me,

I am an aircraft technician actually still am by day, or you could work at a warehouse,

or you could work at a restaurant, or you can wait tables, or you can be an accountant,

or tax advisor, or CPA, and it doesn't matter what you are. You have some type of full-time gig

that's currently paying for your lifestyle and paying for your life, your living expenses.

And there's a, there comes a transitionary time frame where you're going to want to switch

from no longer working in this day job that you have, and instead transitioning full-time

into your business. So you can grow your business to the point that you actually want it to be.

No, no matter what that looks like for you, even if you don't necessarily want to grow

all that much, even if you want to take it super slow. It doesn't matter. The point is, is that you

finally are along the lines of the path of somewhere, a financial freedom, and you're wanting to

take that leap, that leap of faith into quitting your day job, going full-time in this business,

and making it all that you ever wanted it. And so what I really want to talk about today is
