JPaul is a seriel entrepreneur. He started out over a decade ago selling cars and trying to make ends meet for his, already, larger than average family. He then realized, car sales aren't for me, and jumped straight into real estate, where he started growing his portfolio and his family!
He now has 8 kids, a booming real estate business, and a dream to sail the world. He's done over 200 transactions and has consistent deal flow, even in the midst of a global pandemic. This guy is crushing it! Today, he teaches us exactly how he does all of this while still managing to have time to spend with his family and raise his 8 children.
He's currently trying to work himself out of the business so that the business can run completely autonomously without his presence, in order to spend more time with the people he loves. This episode has tons of knowledge bombs that you simply can't afford to miss!
