The way it goes, like you're in California, so of course you have these doors that kind of open up to the patios and decks.

And so we have this scenario and we have this beautiful limestone, you know, this like paver

that's kind of was originally planned, like we were like, oh, that'd be so beautiful

to take it from the outside into the interior, like stunning, right? And as like I was thinking about it the other day I'm like

Gracie's in a wheelchair. You know if if something were to happen or she's like going around on a textured stone and she falls,

that's going to hurt, you know?

So just even that like the word ease, it comes into play and it's so like I'm just quick into it.

I'm just like it should be wood or it should be like something that's going to be a softer for like her joints or her like if there is a fall if like somebody needs to carry her that she

knows it being dragged on stone, that's rough. That should be left for the exterior,

for non-slipping, and then we should like do something. But even like just

thinking about how you're going to live how

your body's going to interact with like different finishes in the home it's so

important to just like really walk through the space and walk through how you want it to feel on your body

because that will impact your decision.

Like that's part of the North Star.

That word is like a real true North,

a guiding light for you guys and it makes you more keyed up and more sensitive

I think to the real agenda you know for this mother as you know her home her kids grow up within the home and the special needs

become more, you know, more heightened. Heightened, yeah.
