So I appreciate everybody being patient had some crazy stuff that I'll make some great podcasting and some good some good radio and some good lessons going on with some of these properties that took me off a little bit on Thursday, so I wasn't able to get one and unfortunately, but back in business, so

Once again, I hope everybody had a great weekend and starting strong Monday. We have Chris Rude on today. He has worked with Grant Cardone on wholesaling. He's fixing flip properties all over the country. He's known as one of the top wholesaling real estate coaches in the country and he is specializing in mobile home parks. Now we have Frank Ralfon.

Chris is a little bit of a different approach. I like to have different people on so you can get different angles because there's definitely more than moment is going to cat and what works for some people doesn't work for others, so it's always interesting to dig in and hear.

The various ways that people make money and it might seem overwhelming to some people when you hear so many different strategies, but, you know, to me, it can also be really exciting to know that there's so many different ways to make money and real estate even in the same asset class with the same people in the same areas.

It gives you a lot of opportunity and I think that that's something to be optimistic and exciting about. So I appreciate Chris Rude coming on. He's got a mastermind coming up soon that you guys can check out if you go to the show notes. I believe it's in Louisiana in a week or so.
