You guys know this is where I sit down with amazing humans, and I do everything I can to unpack their brains to help you be more awesome.

My guest today is awesome himself. His name is Todd Henry.

We cover a lot of ground in this conversation. Some things like so many of us we operate alone

with our heads down and not looking up and connecting with others. We talk about a remedy for that.

We also talk about being a creator in a larger organization, which, you know, a lot of the shows are targeted toward independent creators.

And this, we touch on that a lot because there's a lot of, you know, there's always a lot of useful tidbits to take away.

But we also address maybe more in this episode than in others what it's like to be a part of a creative team.

And the reality is that even if you think you're an independent creator, you end up collaborating

either through accident or through your own free will or understanding that you have to, we

end up connecting with a lot of other people.

This happens whether you're an entrepreneur, a solopreneur, or inside of bigger organizations.

And let's face it, there's no more, no better time than right now where creativity is an entrepreneur, solopreneur, or inside of bigger organizations. And let's face it, there's no more, no better time than right now where creativity is

an all, the value of creativity rather, is at an all-time high and rising, is to be able to

try and manifest and capture that value.

We've all been on teams that were great.

At some place, whether it was a team at work, the chess team, a football or soccer team,

where things are in flow.

And what Todd Henry does is he unpacks all that stuff, looks at the trends, the, not

trends, what am I trying to say, looks at the traits, rather, of groups that were successful

and helps us understand those.
