1:21.5 | live. And I'm now I forget what it is, but it was something of the effect of you're just going |
1:26.1 | to trick yourself into believing that you, because one of the other things I do is I get up early. |
1:31.8 | And I've been doing it for so long that now it's become part of who I am. But one of the ways that |
1:37.4 | you can kind of hack your brain, this is very effective. For example, if you want to stop smoking, |
1:42.2 | is that instead of when somebody offers you a cigarette because they think that you smoke, |
1:45.5 | you say, no, instead of saying, no, I'm trying to quit. That means you're, what you internally, |
1:50.0 | what you're saying is I'm a smoker who's trying to stop smoking. If you instead say, no, I don't |
