A crazy entitled man assaults my general manager in the middle of our lunch rush

complaining that his eggs are cold and that his wife's nachos are not to their liking.

Things got so bad that even customers were trying to get them to calm down while I call the police to try and get this taken care of.

And I'm honestly still blown away by their public freak out.

Here's what happened.

When I first started waiting tables, it was at a Denny's in Southern Missouri.

It was the only Denny's in like a 50 mile radius so we had a lot of customers visit from out of the

woodwork. It was lunchtime and my shift was nearing an end. I got sat with this couple and from

the minute I greeted them, they had an attitude. Just hateful looks in a harsh tone when

ordering. I get their drinks and the woman says that she ordered Dr. Pepper and not a coke.

Now this is not a big deal. I change out the drink and I go to take their order.

And this is when I see that I have Coke written down for her drink. So she definitely ordered a Coke, but whatever.

The man looks at me and says his wife is very particular, and she needs her food a certain way,

or she won't eat it. So I think to myself, why are you at Denny's then?

She then proceeds to order nachos from Denny's,

and wants all the toppings and little bowls on the side

so she can dress them herself.

The man orders some kind of breakfast platter with medium eggs, and as I walk away to put in the order

the woman stops me and asked if the nachos are good. I looked at her straight in the face and I said

well ma'am they're nachos from Denny's I get in, I go back, and I make sure her nachos are made totally deconstructed.

And then I move on to my next table,

while checking in on my other tables and giving refills if needed.
