He's having a really bad anxious episode right now. Maybe that's what my stomach hurts.

Maybe I'm just anxious. You probably are. I have the worst stomach ache.

I started up after the dentist.

I think also this episode came very sudden.

I didn't have a lot of time to think about it.

He didn't have a lot of prep because I called her

because Justin's brother and his wife had their baby and the baby's in the

NICU and so I Justin and I are flying up there to help because they have six other

children so we're going to go help them as much as we can and just

try to leave some stress off of them while they're with their baby in the NICU

and they also have three hours from the hospital so we're going up there so I

called Kinsie and said we're recording the podcast tonight I'm leaving tomorrow morning and I knew it was assumptions and I just it's just hard when people are saying like really really really negative

Harsh over and over and over and over again and you have to read them and like I know we like did it to ourselves like
