So no, the warm up is a podcast that we put on the Patreon every week, usually the middle of the week, because that's when we record the actual episode.

And what we do is we sit down across from each other, look each other in the eye, because it's the first time we've done that probably in a week and we're

getting used to talk to each other like adult humans yeah and the reason why it's been a week

about a week since we've spoken to each other is because we are not normally people no normally we

are parents exactly exactly we're functioning on a different level. Listen. But we got child care.
