Donchitch catchphrases for him to use. Maybe decides to resign with sports center.

So in email break some news. I think he has some sources on some stuff.

So we're going to do that. We get some life advice there. I may ask you for

some life advice at the end of this and all sincerity. I don't know. I may.

Great things are going well. Hey, Kyle, do you say no cap?

No, never in my life. Never. I thought no lie was a reach when when that came around.

I had a few friends that kept saying hella. This is a long time ago and I'd always kind of

do like an inner. Come on, man. We're almost 40. And he say, oh man, that's hella.

Hella good. And again, if you're saying hella, keep doing it, man.

I'm not not saying don't do it. And I'm not saying don't do no cap.

But I was out with Chris Long's crew, one of his many crews.

And there was a couple white guys or couple black guys and we're all talking about

stuff and it was a few years ago. And I think one guy was dressed a little bit like

it. He was getting ready for a dirt by competition. And there was definitely not a dirt

by competition that night. And he was telling me, like we were hitting it off.

And we were exchanging contact info. And he's like, you know, I have a bunch of stuff going on.
