It's another edition of MailTime, big episode.

If you're from the New York City area or you keep up with the sports radio worlds

or you are, you've been a follower of me for a while.

You probably know about Craig Carton, who is probably if I had to pinpoint one person,

I wouldn't necessarily call him like my inspiration.

There was never a moment where I was like, I want to beat Craig Carton when I grow

up. But when I look at who I've become and my style of radio and podcasting,

it's undeniable that Carton is probably the guy with his fingerprints, the most all over it.

And he had the number one morning show in New York had, you know,

the world of New York sports media by the balls and got himself caught up in gambling

problems, which led to an illegal ticket scam where he was trying to make money to get

himself out of debt, ended up hitting the clink and ended up getting out pretty quickly

for good behavior and whatnot.

So one of the first interviews, really, I feel like other than, you know, on WFAN and I think

maybe the one on ESPN, but one of the first interviews with Craig back on the airways.

He got his job back at WFAN.

He bounced right back onto his feet, which we will talk about.
