In this first of two episodes, we're going to talk about COVID-19, as I said, and the impact on data

protection.

In our second episode, Kingsley and I will be discussing data breach class action lawsuits in general

and the British Airways class action in particular.

With special emphasis, we expect on how businesses need to be aware of the reputational and financial risks that can arise from class actions,

especially from data breaches in the

light of the current cyber attack and the increased data security climate.
