If he makes one, it will be kept. Maybe not in the way that we think it should be kept, or certainly in the time

that it should be kept, but it will be kept. So we have all these promises in the Old Testament,

and he kept every single one of them. And then we speak, of course, of the new covenant, an idea

introduced by Jeremiah and picked up by the fulfillment of all these covenants, Jesus himself.
