With a woman-looking culture from a Christian worldview on John Stone Street with the point,

last month the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals found that the FDA wrongfully removed

critical restrictions around access to chemical abortion.

In 2021, the Biden administration decided to make, meant for pristone, the first of two

drugs used to terminate pregnancies, permanently available via mail.

Moreover, it eliminated the requirement for a doctor's visit.

While according to the Fifth Circuit, the FDA policy violates longstanding federal law,

the FDA has to discontinue mail order abortion, even more shocking the FDA removed these restrictions

in spite of serious concerns about the drug's adverse effects.

Such effects have been well known since before the drug's approval back in 2000, and yet,

the FDA, rather than creating more safeguards, decided to make it more widely available.

The court's ruling here is a victory for human rights and upholds what Christians have

long preached, that the lies of both unborn children and women have irrevocable God-given

value.
