Hey my loves, happy Monday, hope all is well, excited to be back with all of you today.

I got so many emails and threats last week asking where the podcast was, and if I was out

on a spring break and some of y'all checked on me to see if I was okay, which I appreciate.

So so much, I've just been traveling and it's been back-to-back travel the past few weeks

and last week I had every intention of recording, but ended up going to Chicago to see my mom

and my family, which was much needed.

So I hope you had a beautiful weekend and things are going well since our last girl chat,

even though it's only been two weeks since our last time together.

So much has happened.

Our good sis Beyoncé graced us with a Netflix documentary, a live album, lemonade, ended

up on Spotify with unreleased music, and now she's giving us this adidas partnership.
