Our cases this week have one thing in common.

These are crimes committed against our most vulnerable children and young adults with

special needs.

Prosecutors are going after three former school employees for manslaughter in the death of

a 13 year old boy with autism.

Police say that he was restrained for an hour and a half in which time he vomited and he

soiled himself.

The boy's heart finally failed and he died.

Prosecutors say this wasn't misguided discipline.

It was abuse that led to his death.

But first, an Oklahoma man and his wife are charged with killing the man's disabled

teenage sister.

The couple reportedly hid her body for years despite the strong odor, caching in on her

checks on the victim's social security benefits.

Authorities alleged the suspects actually even exchanged messages between themselves claiming

that the victim was haunting them.
